checking in before the summer starts

Back from being MIA for months. School has been insane the past few months, and so has other activities, what with the summer (and internships) coming up, and the Class of 2008 graduating next week. My next post will definitely have more on what's been going on these past few months on the academic front.

In the meantime, yours truly has been feeling a tad reflective as I look back on first year. Yes, a whole year has gone by! While the start was more than challenging -- adjusting to life as a student, new city, new people, trying to find an internship -- it was definitely worth it. I am sad that it's actually already half over. The past few weeks have been long, but at the same time too short despite the measly number of hours of sleep we all got.

To the Class of 2008: Congratulations and good luck!
To the Class of 2009: Good luck over the summer!
And to both the Classes of 2009 and 2010: See you in the Fall!

And by the way, happy Cinco de Mayo!
